The M.I.A. 16 Hour IL Conceal Carry Class is broken down into 2 consecutive days (8 hours each) and it is a state requirement to complete a minimum of 16 hours training in order to apply for a conceal carry license.

First day you will learn about:

Firearm safety

Basic principles of marksmanship

Care, cleaning, loading, and unloading of a concealable firearm

Second day you will learn about:

All applicable State and Federal laws relating to the ownership, storage, carry, and transportation of a firearm

Weapon Handling

Range qualification at a range near by.

M.I.A. Firearms Academy, LLC has created a curriculum that will be hands on handling real firearms and realistic training aids so that you leave the class feeling confident in the real world.

State application processing will be made available for an additional fee of $25.00 and can be selected when scheduling your class.
